- 6 Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 TL Olive oil
- 15 g Heavy cream cheese
- 15 g Tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper
- 20 g Basil leaves
- 50 g grated parmesan

Cut the zucchinis into spaghetti shapes using a spiral cutter. Quarter the tomatoes, slice the onion and chop the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Stir in the cream cheese and tomato purée.

Fold the zucchini spaghetti into the sauce. Fry for approx. 2 mins., season with salt and pepper.
step 4/4
Fold in the tomatoes and serve with basil and parmesan.
