  • 75 g feta
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 chilli
  • 8 olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Wash and finely chop the tomatoes, pepper, cucumber and chilli. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Cut the feta into cubes and crumble over the salad.

Combine the vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice, add the oregano and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
