Muesli with prunes and raisins
- 100 g berries (fresh or frozen)
- 150 g yoghurt
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. oats
- 1 tbsp. chopped almonds (or finely chop 7 almonds)
- 1 tbsp. ground linseed
- 1 tbsp. wheatgerm

Stir the honey and the yoghurt together smoothly and then mix in the berries, oats, linseed and almonds. Sprinkle the wheatgerm over the top.
