Muesli with prunes and raisins
Ingredients:
  • 100 g berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 150 g yoghurt
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. oats
  • 1 tbsp. chopped almonds (or finely chop 7 almonds)
  • 1 tbsp. ground linseed
  • 1 tbsp. wheatgerm
 
Calorific values:

402 kcal/1,683 kJ

Stir the honey and the yoghurt together smoothly and then mix in the berries, oats, linseed and almonds. Sprinkle the wheatgerm over the top.
