Power scrambled eggs Wholemeal bread with cottage cheese and ham
Ingredients:
  • 100 g low-fat curd
  • 1 peach
  • 1 mandarin
  • 30 g wheat puffs
  • 1 tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp. linseed

Stir the wheat puffs, wheat germ and linseed into the curd in succession. Wash, pit and finely chop the peach. Peel the mandarin and split it into segments. Add the fruit to the curd mixture.
