Peach mandarin muesli

Breakfast

Power scrambled eggs Wholemeal bread with cottage cheese and ham
Ingredients:
  • 100 g low-fat curd
  • 1 peach
  • 1 mandarin
  • 30 g wheat puffs
  • 1 tbsp. wheat germ
 
  • 1 tbsp. linseed
  • 1 slightly heaped tablespoon of Basica Vital®
Calorific values:

465 kcal/1,947 kJ

Stir the wheat puffs, wheat germ, linseed and Basica Vital® into the curd in succession. Wash, pit and finely chop the peach. Peel the mandarin and split it into segments. Add the fruit to the curd mixture.
