Peach mandarin muesli
Ingredients:
  • 1 multigrain roll
  • 2 small eggs
  • ½ small onion
  • 30 g cooked ham
  • 2 tsp. half-fat margarine
 
  • 1 tsp. rapeseed oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • parsley

Chop the onion finely, cut the ham into strips and fry in a pan with a little oil. Beat the eggs, season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika, add to the ham and onion and scramble. Finish by adding parsley as a garnish. Cut the multigrain roll in half and spread with margarine.
