Colourful pasta salad
Ingredients:
  • 100 g celery
  • 100 g apple
  • 100 g pineapple
  • 20 g lettuce
  • 6 walnuts
 
  • 2 tbsp. yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice

Peel celery, grate into strips and drizzle with some lemon juice. Peel, core and grate apple and drizzle with some lemon juice. Stir yoghurt and mayonnaise together, season with salt and pepper to taste and add to the apple and celery mixture. Finely chop walnuts. Dice pineapple and mix into the salad with the walnuts. Serve salad on two large salad plates.
