Ingredients:
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 50 g cottage cheese
  • 1 slice of cooked ham
  • 1 tomato
  • 60 g cucumber

Spread cottage cheese over a slice of wholemeal bread. Cover the other slice of wholemeal bread with the cooked ham. To garnish, wash and slice the tomato and cucumber.
