Wholemeal bread with cottage cheese and ham

- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- 50 g cottage cheese
- 1 slice of cooked ham
- 1 tomato
- 60 g cucumber
- 1 slightly heaped tablespoon of Basica Vital®

Mix cottage cheese with Basica Vital® and spread it over a slice of wholemeal bread. Cover the other slice of wholemeal bread with the cooked ham. To garnish, wash and slice the tomato and cucumber.
