Muesli with prunes and raisins

Breakfast

Wholemeal bread with cottage cheese and ham Muesli with berries
Ingredients:
  • 100 g low-fat curd
  • 4 dried prunes
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. oats
  • 1 tbsp. wheat germ
  • 6 walnut halves

Soften dried prunes in water, then squeeze, finely chop and stir into the curd. Stir in some of the water you used to soften the prunes and mix with the oats. Pour the mixture over the raisins. Sprinkle the wheatgerm over the top and garnish with the walnut halves.
