Ingredients
- 500 ml naturally cloudy apple juice (unsweetened)
- 500 ml still waters
- 1 Organic lemon (juice + zest)
- 1 Piece of fresh ginger (approx. 2 cm, sliced)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise
- 1 Pinch of vanilla (ground)
- 1 TL Birch sugar or date syrup (optional)

Pour the apple juice and water into a pot.

Add lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, cinnamon stick, star anise, and vanilla.

Bring everything to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Sweeten to taste, strain, and serve hot.
