- 400 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 400 ml still waters
- 1 TL Turmeric powder or 1 cm fresh turmeric root
- 1 TL cinnamon
- 1 TL freshly grated ginger
- 1Prise black pepper (for better turmeric absorption)
- 1 TL Coconut oil (optional, for better bioavailability)
- 1 TL Maple syrup or rice syrup (optional)

Bring water with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Add orange juice and coconut oil, but do not boil again.

Sweeten to taste, strain, and enjoy warm.
