Potatoes boiled in their skins with herb curd Vegetable and potato fritter with salmon
Ingredients:
  • 75 g feta cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 8 olives
 
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Wash and finely chop tomatoes, pepper, cucumber and chilli pepper. Peel the onion and split into rings. Dice the feta cheese and sprinkle over the salad. Mix vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice, add oregano and season with salt and pepper as needed. Add the dressing to the salad.
