Waldorf salad Potatoes boiled in their skins with herb curd
Ingredients:
  • 50 g durum pasta
  • 50 g carrots
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 6 black olives
  • 2 tbsp. natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Basica Vital®
 
  • 25 g Edam cheese
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • herbs

Cook the pasta according to the instructions and rinse with cold water. Dice carrots, pepper, gherkin, ham and Edam cheese, half the olives and make a marinade from yoghurt, Basica Vital®, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir in. Sprinkle the herbs over the top.
